This contract is between Portland-Vancouver Business Directory ("Advertising Agent") and the above-identified Member. The parties hereby agree as follows.
Member agrees to participate in the Domain Name
enjoyportland.biz
by allowing a thumbnail photo and text for its business to be listed thereon. Classic Member additionally agrees to allow a web page for its business to be listed thereon.
Advertising Agent agrees to post a web page for Classic Member to the website indicated by
enjoyportland.biz
.
Classic Member will be able to view statistics of site hits on a monthly basis.
Classic Member agrees to pay the above Hosting Fee. Classic Member will be able to view its payment history and due dates.
Member agrees not to discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, religion, politics, caste, national origin, etc. Member warrants that its business complies with all applicable local laws.
This agreement shall be for one year, and may thereafter be renewed by payment of the fee(s) at Advertising Agent's then current rates. If any amount is not timely paid Member's web page may be eliminated and Advertising Agent may terminate this Agreement.
We reserve the right to decline any listing at our discretion.
